Placement Criteria (KCPC) website application is down
This message is to let you know that the KCPC
application is currently not available for the use of providers and managed
care organizations. The application has been down since Wednesday, October 24
at 6:40 p.m.
Authorization and claims timeline requirements will be
waived to accommodate any transitions or down time. We do not envision
providers needing to change internal processes or cancel intakes.
Providers may contact the appropriate Managed Care
Organization or Beacon for manual work-arounds during the interim while the
KCPC is down.

At this time we do not have
